OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER, WIN, OR CLAIM A PRIZE. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
The Beverage Forum x Westdrift Manhattan Beach Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by The Beverage Forum (“Sponsor”), located at 715 North Douglas Street, El Segundo, CA 90245.

  1. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD
    The Sweepstakes begins at or around 12:00 PM Pacific Time (“PT”) on Wednesday, May 7, 2025, and ends at 11:59:59 PM PT on Thursday, May 15, 2025 (“Sweepstakes Period”).
    Random Drawing Date: On or before May 20, 2025.
    The Administrator’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.
  1. ELIGIBILITY
    Open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least twenty-one (21) years old at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of the Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and any other entities involved in the administration of this Sweepstakes (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Entities”), as well as their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and in-laws) and members of the same household, are not eligible.
    Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding.
  1. HOW TO ENTER
    To enter, visit the link in the survey email during the Sweepstakes Period and complete the survey form.
    Limit: One (1) entry per person during the Sweepstakes Period. Multiple entries will be disqualified.
  1. ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
    Entries must be submitted via the online form provided on the survey landing page.
    Only one entry per person, email address, or mobile number is allowed; subsequent entries will be disqualified.
  1. RANDOM DRAWING
    One (1) potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period on or before May 20, 2025.
    The selected winner is a potential winner pending verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules.
    The winner will be notified via email and may be announced on The Beverage Forum’s website and/or social media accounts.

  1. PRIZE, APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”), AND ODDS
  2. Prize
    One (1) winner will receive a Beverage Forum x Westdrift Manhattan Beach Prize Package, which includes:
    2 tickets to The Beverage Forum Manhattan Beach 2026 (ARV: $3600)

2 night weekend stay at Westdrift Manhattan Beach (ARV: $1325.00) including:

  • Upgraded Golf Course View Room
  • Breakfast for 2 daily 
  • Dinner for 2 
  • Round of Golf for 2
  • 2 hours complimentary pickleball rental
  • Complimentary Parking
    1. Total ARV: $4925.00
    2. Odds of Winning: Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
    3. Prize Conditions:
      No substitution, exchange, or transfer of prize by the winner is permitted. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
  1. HOW TO CLAIM A PRIZE
    The winner must respond to the prize notification email within forty-eight (48) hours and provide all requested information, including full name, mailing address (no P.O. Boxes), date of birth, and email address.
    Failure to respond or provide required information within the specified timeframe may result in disqualification and forfeiture of the prize, which may then be awarded to an alternate winner at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
    All prizes will be shipped to the verified winner’s address within a reasonable timeframe following confirmation.
    Sponsor reserves the right to require proof of age and eligibility prior to awarding the prize.
  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
    By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless the Sweepstakes Entities and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, “Released Parties”) from any and all liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.
    Released Parties are not responsible for:
    Technical failures of any kind
    Incomplete, garbled, or misdirected entries
    Lost or delayed notifications due to spam filters
    Human error or unauthorized access to systems
    Any injury or damage to persons or property arising out of participation
    Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Sweepstakes in the event of fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control that impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes.
  1. DISPUTES
    Entrants waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased, including attorneys’ fees.
